Inculpatus cedo.9234
Try a different browser. Try clearing cookies. Try making sure no ad-blockers are in effect.Make sure that tracking is allowed.Good luck.
Khisanth.2948
I was going to post about it but canceled it since Firefox's market seems pretty low.It is caused by Firefox 43+(might be 42) Content Protection(or similar I guess, I only checked with FF and chrome) which blocks certain things being loaded from third party sites. The site is on guildwars2.com but it is loading some scripts, stylesheets and icon images from Digital River servers. You can click on the shield/padlock icon next to the URL bar and disable Content Protection for that site. Inculpatus cedo.9234
Ah, cool. I couldn't remember exactly what it was with the browser you had to do. Content protection...ok.
Darkvramp.5640
All of the images on the store page are broken. Cashe clearing and cookie wipes are useless as it is tied to the Firefox browser.

That is accessed by clicking on the padlock next to the URL.
ArenaNet Staff Gaile Gray.6029 Posted January 22, 2019 ArenaNet Staff Share Posted January 22, 2019 Are the issues being reported in the last couple of days all related to the use of Firefox? Just checking.
Leablo.2651
Tracking protection in Firefox apparently uses the Disconnect.me filter list, so in theory it would affect anyone using that app, or anything based on their lists. Most likely, it is just an issue with a bad filter that they need to fix on their end. The tracking filters in ABP don't interfere with the page.Indeed, Disconnect.me seems to consider digitalriver.com itself to be a tracking domain. Yikes?https://disconnect.me/trackerprotection/blocked
ArenaNet Staff Gaile Gray.6029 Posted January 23, 2019 ArenaNet Staff Share Posted January 23, 2019 Our testing showed the pages properly in a variety of browsers, including Firefox. I think you might be right -- it might be a filter that is preventing some people from getting to the purchase pages. Thanks for that observation. Inculpatus cedo.9234
It's definitely the Tracking option. The pages only work if tracking is allowed.
