Windows 10 Game Recording getting a black screen with the cursor visible and the sounds playing

Has anyone else had this problem? It used to work, but maybe 6 months ago (or more?), it stopped recording video and started recording a black screen with the gw2 window icon in the top left. You can see the cursor moving around and you can hear the game sounds, but everything else is black. It's like it's recording a minimized window or something.

I've tried using fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, etc. That doesn't fix it.

Pretty low priority problem, but let me know if you've managed to find a workaround.
