Checked the store just a little time ago and not as promo. When finding Booster in store, still shows normal price. Is there a certain time of day the designated item will show up as a freebie? Illconceived Was Na.9781 Posted November 22, 2018 Share Posted November 22, 2018 OP was about 3 hours ahead of schedule.The usual time that things change areReset is midnight UTC, when daily achievements roll over.Gem shop changes are 9:00 AM local time for ANet, a holdover from when someone had to manually adjust the offerings (it's automated now).
