AFK During the First 90 seconds Of a Rank Game

Can we add onto the "DC" for 90 seconds and Rating lost doesn't count? Is there a way for Players Just sitting in base for over 90 second bootted for the game itself?

Having someone Just sit in base but talking during a match kinda makes it hella annoying to continue playing games, knowing theirs a few players just purposely not even trying.....
