Arcane Thievery vs Bountiful theft

ever since anet updated arcane thievery for mesmers, i was hoping that our bountiful theft was updated as well, but alas, ours is sub par for a "thief" who steals,

they both steal boons but why is is that mesmers steal full stacks and duration while ours steal on a predetermined stacks and duration.

arcane thievery doesnt have that priority in stealing most vital defensive boons wich i think is more important.

I play S/P with absorption sigil, between that and bountiful theft I can remove 11 boons with just mark and binding shadows if both skills interrupt. Why worry about stacks when you can just steal all the boons?

Do you ever experience that they just fart out another 11 boons as soon as you do?

They will but they're going to have to think about their time betwixt farts.
