Hello!Looking for a small to mid size NA guild. Would like to find people to run fractals with (T3/T4 but wouldn't mind doing lower tiers to help out others). Very interested in raids but since we do not have a ton of experience would prefer a learning group so we could progress together. Wouldn't mind doing some PvP whenever we feel like it.

Not interested in WvW guilds since we do not do much of it.Not interested in 100+ people guild (don't wanna be constantly lfg in the guild).

Just want to find a guild with friendly people to play and have fun with.

I'm the guild leader of Voice of the Void [VV] and we are recruiting seasoned and new raiders. We have a dedicated Discord server to talk as we raid or do other things. We are pretty small, only seven members, but we are growing. I want to personally know everyone in the guild. So far, so good! I have two fantastic leutenants who were both guild leaders in a PvX guild, they keep me honest and focused and are really fun to hang out with. We are all adults, so there are some nsfw conversations over voice chat, but there's nothing lewd posted in the discord and there won't be.

I can teach all the raid bosses and encounters except for Dhuum and Qadim, the final bosses of W5 and 6. I'm working on learning those within the next couple weeks so I can teach them also. I can help with build advice and resources, though I am primarily a dps player. I have one of every class, with every elite specialization unlocked and about half of them in ascended armor and gear. I run T4 dailies and Recs every night around 11pm when I get off work, then spend 10-30 minutes on the raid practice golem, then I hang out in LFG joining random pug raids to have fun and raid more. I used to be a music teacher irl, so I have experience guiding people through difficult concepts and I genuinely enjoy teaching.

For those so inclined, I am building an advanced (exp) raiding team to work on speed clears, advanced strategies, Challenge Motes, and other challenging endgame content. Building has been slow so far, and there are only two of us interested as of this post, but I am optimistic about our future as a guild and as a group. As soon as we've found enough people who want to go above and beyond for the joy of raiding we will launch that group with the end goal of becoming actual elitists without the attitude.
