Looking for PVE/WVW(SBI)/Raid Guild for several players

I am a GW vet that started at launch of GW1, transitioned to GW2, took a several year sabbatical and have been back with GW2 for a little over a year now. Have lots of PVE experience, not real big on PVP, play often in wvw, and have done some raids. Wanting an adult guild that is fun and laid back. I am currently part of a guild that is falling apart. There are 2-4 others that are wanting to come with me when I find a guild, so I would like that to be part of finding a new guild as well.

In terms of (PVE) raiding, my guild Voice of the Void [VV] is recruiting experienced and new raiders. We are small, but have big goals. Our group gets together to PvE raid on Thursday afternoons/early evenings. I'm the guild leader, and am on during the night seven days a week running t4 fractal dailies/recs, spending 10-30 minutes on the raid practice golem, then several hours in LFG joining random raids just to have fun and get more experience. The ultimate goal of our developing exp raid group is to get good and join the Amateur Raiding Party next time it's hosted, but there's no pressure to be that elite for those that don't want it. I want trainees to have a good time learning and challenging themselves, so we create a ripple effect of more and more people raiding in the community. Four of us are on Borlis Pass WvW server, and two of us run with organized comps Friday at reset as an added bonus.

I'm looking for fun loving people to join us in learning and playing high end PvE content, but the focus of the guild is raiding primarily, with fractals and dungeons as a second priority. Any time I develop and gear a new build, I find it super fun to run it through dungeons and T4's as a way to test its viability before I tighten up rotations for raids, and I like running with friends and guildies over pugs any time possible.
