Siren's Landing Master - Orrian Venom Glands not registering

I ran into this bug while trying to compete the Siren's Landing Master achievement.You are supposed to kill a champion spider which drops Orrian Venom Glands.When I killed it the item dropped, but the achievement did not register. Subsequent kills don't drop the venom glands, and it remains unregistered.It thus blocks me from completing the achievement.
