Keegan.2964 Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 If your character is less than level 31, one or more of the slots on the skill bar are locked. These locked slots start flashing every time I dismount. It obviously wants me to assign a skill to those slots but I CAN'T because my character isn't high enough level. In fact, make the flashing go away permanently. It isn't needed even if the slot WASN'T locked. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
