Game won't install, it downloads for a minute but then drops to 0kbps for 3 minutes, repeat

You can check the number of files remaining to see if it is downloading each time. For some, it goes quickly enough; for others, it takes some time. It's not unusual for it to drop down to 0kbps, as it must open each individual file.You could try some of the connection issue trouble-shooting tips found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the 'Support' link above/below.

Yeah but at this rate it will take days really, i will take a look.

What will that do?

Sometimes it get stuck vpn enters server on diffrent port wich can fix issue

You can't converse with the CS Team for someone else, unfortunately; they can do so for themselves.You can read about connectivity issues and/or downloading the game. I believe there is a Sticky or two, as well.

But the problem is tied to the launcher in general and has nothing to do with his account, can't i just present the problem as my own?
