Wiseguy One.1782 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 So, I logged in this morning to a mail from Scholar Aiti stating my hall of monuments rewards have been revoked. Upon checking the HoM reward calculator it states I only have 3 points whereas when I did it the first time this morning, I had 48/50. I just went to far as to log into Guild Wars 1 and check my HoM manually and all items are still in there, see link to Screen shot below. There appears to be an issue between Guild Wars 1 and the rewards calculator which in turn is causing issues with Guild Wars 2. I have had these rewards and achievement points for over 7 years now since launch and they are revoked? Need some help understandingI submitted a support ticket and hope for the best.Link to the mail message - https://ibb.co/MMdfQT2Link to Screen SHot of HoM in GW1 - https://ibb.co/h27cK97

Illconceived Was Na.9781 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 short story: it will fix itselfmedium story: when GW2 loses connection to GW1 for over ~5 minutes, it can't verify your HoM status in GW1. It's a temporary display issue that resolves itself (although there are ways to speed it up); you don't actually lose anything.longer story: the reasons for the issue, the methods for speeding up resolution are available in numerous forum threads
