Anet, I think it is impossible for a player to have like 3k games in one single season. These people is very easy to find, and could you please perma ban them. Because a) they bot and b) they hack too.

As you said, they are very easy to find but they are still here. So what's your conclusion ?

Why being patient, when you can catch them very easily and leave them ruining games of thousands of players ?And with time the money circulation is impossible to regulate. They will have to refund all players who sold or buy things from them and it's impossible.

I've watched the ban waves, and they're always satisfying. I feel that this is a slightly different case, though. These bots are ruining games for tens of thousands of players, players whom Anet could really use in the game mode, not alienated.

Quick action would be useful, but I agree — not likely.
