Story time

Has anyone played through all the missions back to back recently? Was thinking about running through it on a new character and was wondering how long it actually takes to play straight through Personal Story, LS2, HoT, LS3, PoF, and LS4 back to back.

I always do story in order on my new characters. I don't keep track of how long it takes though because I don't really care since it's fun to me. Why does it matter?

I'd guess it would depend on how skilled one is, how much time one spends reading/listening to dialogue, skipping or not-skipping cutscenes, investigating optional content, going for achievements, etc., etc.

Not skipping scenes, not doing optional stuff or achievements.

The base personal story should take roughly 10 hours if you neither hurry nor go deliberately slow. I haven't timed any of the other story archs, but I'd guess they are similar, so you'd be looking at (very roughly) 50+ hours of game time.

This does sound interesting, maybe I'll use the character slot I got in the recent sale to dedicate a new character to a full story playthrough ;) .

I'm planning to start doing everything from Season 2 onwards on one character soon (she's done the personal story) and I'm expecting it to take a long time. But that's partially because I like to take my time talking to people and looking around, especially on the open world bits.
