Axe 3 Mirage Vale Guardian

Using Axe 3 on Vale Guardian near the boundary has a chance to teleport you outside the boundaries, instantly killing you.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Move Vale Guardian next to the boundary, e.g the blue pillar.
2. Use Axe 3 as Mirage until you eventually get teleported outside and die instantly.
