Suggestion for Spite grandmaster (replacing Signets of Suffering)

There are rumors Signets of Suffering will probably be downgraded to master tier, so below is my suggestion for the Spite change.I'd like to see power shroud damage boosted with a strong grandmaster that also synergizes with the Spite line.

• Move Signets of Suffering to master tier (replacing Rending Shroud).
• Merge Rending Shroud into the current minor master (Death's Embrace), just removing the extra vulnerability below threshold that is not needed. It will be like: "Constantly apply vulnerability to nearby foes while in shroud. Also deal more damage while downed."
• Create new grandmaster called Rending Shroud: "While in shroud, you deal 1% more damage for each stack of Might you have."
