Personal story instance to kill Zhaitan DCs every time

I have tried to run the instance to kill Zhaitan at least a half-dozen times now and the game DCs every. single. time. I have confirmed it's not my internet connection.Considering GW2 has been around for 5 years now, I'd have thought the original personal story instances would work. I know this was separated from the Arah dungeon story mode a while back, but that's no excuse for it not to work.
