In WvW I have a number of areas staked out where I can use this to full effect. The inconsistency is the single largest problem. I can port from Garrison gates in WvW direct to gates of North West tower but get blocks fighting within a camp. I just do not understand those "fails" when I can be on an inner stair in a keep and be pulled right over and through the walls with a pull skill.
