Additionnal Charr fur color ?

Hello everyone, i've seen a thread concerning this and i decided to submit a ticket to the support and they told me to do a thread on this forum since the one i saw was old and it wasnt on gw2 forum. It's about a charr named ''suspicous charr'' from one of the storyline ( i think blood legion ) that has a fur color that isn't avaible to us players. i actually liked the color and was wondering if it could be added so we could use it too i mean it,s already on an NPC so it shouldn't be too hard ( i guess ? )

the total makeover kit only affect hair/accessory colors and different faces/hairstyle .. that's what i thougt too at first but no .... it ain't a choice unfortunately and yeah Ben this color too isn't avaible but the one im talking about is a darkish-pink https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/en/uploads/forum_attachment/file/4465/gw262.jpg

Sometimes, regular colors look very different under the ambient lighting in varied areas. Could be an attainable color, but it is affected by the light.
