Sparrow.5936 Posted May 6, 2019 Share Posted May 6, 2019 When used with Deadeye's Mark the Hidden Thief trait in shadow arts does not immediately grant stealth and speed, instead there is a small delay before this benefit is granted after Deadeye's mark is fully cast.
