Is The World Summit Challenge Mote still possible?

I've been struggling with this one today and I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to complete it recently.

I've had several attempts with 1,2,3, or 4 pods up as well as no pods and it just doesn't matter, he always does invulnerable. I thought maybe it was a time thing, but after 17 minutes of constant fighting I just quit.

Edit: What I was going to consider as my last attempt for today turned into perfect timing. All 4 pods were up and he just did not go invulnerable for whatever reason.
