Remember different specialisation for underwater.

For aquatic battles there is different weapons and sometime different skills (because not all skills work underwater). So for underwater may be very different a set of skills. But passives in the specialisation sometimes directly or indirectly depends on a weapon or utility skills. And so underwater must be changed. The game is remember my set of skills for underwater use, why it can't remember the specialisation for underwater in the same way? There is not even change UI for it in the hero panel.
