Bug: Almora's Directive does not disappear after finishing Skyscale of Blood achievement

I activated Almora's Directive buff on 2 characters (by talking with Almora two times) and once I killed enough enemies the achievement was completed and the buff disappeared. However, on the character that also had Almora's Directive, it is still active, even when I'm on the later steps of the Skyscale collection.

Yes, i have same thing too. I did Skyscale of Blood with 2 characters for better results. And Almora's Directive didn't disappear from character that didn't speak with Gorrik to complete Saving Skyscales.

Speaking with Gorrik. doesn't help as for now.

I think Almorra's Directive and the effect from the Priestess of Dwayna are based on time and not deed. The effects will go away when the time expires. Feel free to ignore them for now -- they don't really do anything once you fulfilled both achievements for your skyscale progress.

There is not time limit on those buffs, they disappear only when collection is completed. But 2nd characters were not involved in collection completion, only in adding some additional numbers. And so Almorra's Directive, with no time limit, stayed.

I have the same problem, and I've filed a support ticket. I have BOTH of the buffs on my roleplay character, whom I logged in on during a pause in the mass collecting.

I guess Arena net devs didn't read that thread. So many patches been added, this bug still present.No mentionts about it in patch notes. Any idea how to remove it?

Thats getting weird. New set of patches, bugged presence of Almora's Directive still exist.

Can confirm, i completed the collection 2 weeks ago and Almorra's Directive is still active on my character.

Same, I can confirm, the bug still exists. I have completed the kills required via PvP. Almorra's Directive is still active after the achievement is done.

I have the same issue with Dwayna's Directive: started it on one character, completed it on another - original character still has buff. It would be nice to not have this cluttering up the bar.

I have it on a couple characters too after the achievement is done. Given how flooded that bar gets with buffs/debuffs, getting those off of there would be worthwhile.

The bug is still there, I have it on a couple of characters with the Dwayna's Directive: it isn't going away, although Skyscale of Life was completed some time ago.

Ya, totally still an issue. Though it's hardly a surprise. There are still bugs in this game from release and the customer service is awful so it's unlikely you'll see a fix or response for the next 5 years.

I finished the collection ages ago and I still have both Almorra's and Dwayna's directive. Is there any fix for this or just hope it get patched at some point?
