Bag of Tricks: Multiples of Same Utility

If the Thief were given the special ability to choose multiple copies of a normal utility (7, 8, and 9 on the hotbar), would you choose to take more than one of any certain utility? Or are some just too important to give up?

Three Blinding Powders would give 9-12 seconds of mobile Stealth and and three stun breaks.

Three Shadowsteps could port you 3,600 units away, provide 6 possible stun breaks, and can cure up to 9 conditions.

Become lightning fast with three Signets of Shadow, giving you a total of a 75% movement speed boost along with three Blinds, 15 seconds of Weakness, and three applications of 10-Vulnerability.

Or just go full one-trick pony with three Assassin's Signets, giving 540-1,620 extra power.

So many utilities. So many options. What would you choose?

I would still go with the Holy Trinity, it's the OKish combination of Condi removal and Utility (utility also including movement and other forms of survival).I can see people going 3× Assassin's Signets as you say or maybe even 3× Needle Trap for Condi Thieves but that would still be too much of a one trick pony

PS: Although Imaging Rifle DE with 3× Shadowstep or 3× Blinding Powder is amusing.

since when does movement stack?

25% movement speed would still be 25% movement speed

having swiftness (33%t movement speed) would render your 3 signet of shadows complelty useless for that aspect alone

This is assuming that tweaks would be made so such things are not redundant. It's a completely hypothetical scenario, of course. Just something fun to think about instead of all the current negativity.

How bout something that's slightly less OP ;). Bag of Tricks: Skills cooldown from left to right 1 at a time from 7, 8 ,9 , elite. If all on cooldown, 7 skill cooldown decreases by 4 every 1 second. All other skills do not cooldown. Skills not on cooldown only transfer 1/3rd of the cooldown speed (e.g. only 7 on cooldown, only gain 1 + .33 + .33 + .33 = 2s decrease every 1 second). Gave no thoughts about interactions with improvisation. Also if 8 was on cooldown and like only 1s remaining, and then you pop 7, then you have to wait for 7 to go off cooldown until you get 8 back.
