Chairs of the world

I have completed the chairs of the world collection but dont have the chair novelty in my inventory or in my novelty unlocks.Is this a bug? I have checked on gw2 efficiency and its nowhere on my account. Also as far as im aware, there is no other way to get the chair back since the collection is 1 time only.

Guess im an idiot :DIf you completed the achievement before novelty chairs were introduced to the game, then you wouldn't have gotten the chair on achievement completion. That's mainly why it was added to the skritt vendor, so the people that completed the achievement before the reward was added could claim their reward afterwards.
