New Pets skills not all affected by pack alpha trait

So I just was checking some things with the new pets and I noticed that they are not being affected by the beast master trait line completely like the other pets. Mainly the pet and beast skills cool downs are not being lowered. I am pretty sure this is a bug with the alpha pack trait not being connected to all the new pets.
This is including the sand lion and cheetahs beast skills. Their pet skills are working correctly but their beast skills are not.
