I found out there was an item in my inventory that, when consumed, granted you the recipes. This wasn't clear, at least for myself, so I had no inclination to check my inventory. If you are following the Chuka and Champawat legendary storyline, just make sure to check your inventory during this step. Consume the item, and you will receive all your recipes required.
