Low Model Settings should deactivate backpacks, too!

Dear devs,

How fun it is to race against someone with an extra large characters with huge wings on their back who's right at my heels and covers up half my screen so that I cannot see my own player model, including my beetle.

It would be nice if low settings for player models would also deactivate their back pieces and set their weapons to default skins as well. That would make racing and jumping puzzles a lot more enjoyable.
