An easy fix for Scourge

All Anet needs to do to fix Scourge is to make sand shades the same as Renegade summons- killable and cc-able. No more endless zoning. Placement now requires thought and timing.Scourge still retains it's current power when the shades are ignored.

Too much of a nerf? Definitely not. If it is then surely Anet would have to admit just how horrible the garbage Renegade elite spec and utilities are (which they will never do).

That would annihilate Scourge, not nerf it.

That said, Kalla needs help. I suggest all the summons having an unstrippable Stability like some Earth Elementals do. Still killable, but no more AoE daze suddenly shutting down the skills.
