Need help unlocking recipes for Chef 400+

I'm trying to unlock mussel recipes, like this one- https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bowl_of_Curry_Mussel_Soup. However, in the discovery tab I search for mussels (I have a lot) and they don't come up. I checked and I don't have any mussel dishes unlocked. What am I doing wrong?

You have to buy that recipe, you can't discover it. It's the same with all known mussel dishes as far as I know.

The "Source" section of the recipe info box is pretty useful to take note of. When it is like that it means it can only be learned from a recipe sheet.
