Mirage - Lingering Thoughts - Should be classed as Clone?

This skill should have the Clone type, and receive clone benefits shouldn't it? Other skills such as Illusionary Counter and Illusionary Riposte are similar, and are classed as Clone (and benefit as such).

Presently Lingering Thoughts does not benefit from Illusionist's Celerity as a result.

Lingering Thoughts is considered a clone type skill and does receive bonuses from Illusionist's Celerity. There's a quirk of the skill fact system that prevents it from showing recharge bonuses from two traits at once. As a result only the Mirrored Axes trait updates the ammo recharge skill fact, but both traits reduce the recharge of the skill.

What? Other mesmer skills don't have any problem showing cumulative effect from having both Illusionists celerity and their respective weapon CD trait selected. So why is it that it only affects lingering thoughts?

It's because Lingering Thoughts shows ammo recharge as a skill fact. Other illusion skills show recharge at the top of the skill with those little icons. That system is different and can show them cumulatively.
