Halbarz.3854 Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 Hi ArenaNet,I have some issue's related to buying gems (to unlock story) :)) I have raised a ticket but I did want to flag it here as well.As a lot of people have had issue's with the gem-store both with the credit card/paypal option would there not be a way to buy gem packs directly from your website?We could then apply the code in-game + it's an easy way to gift people also gems for a birthday or so :)For some reason buying the game works fine on the website and in-game purchases do not work.Other then that if you ever would make the move to steam it might also fix the issue.
