Jahai Bluff's rifts despawning

So, this is some older unadressed bug where the five rift events in Jahai Bluffs are pretty bugged.The rifts seem to have about a 1 in 5 chance of not parsing after the countdown timer.Sometimes I can do all five in a row, sometimes there's two skips in one session.

There's also the one rift in the middle of the map, just south of the palace grounds, which rarely occurs at all. The countdown doesn't even happen. Plenty of days go by with only 4 rifts cycling.

Any updates if anet trying to fix this? it's a pretty dated bug by now
