Wrong 38th reward

The first two Living World Season 4 reward tracks have the following pattern, e.g. Domain of Istan Reward Track:

PvP rewards track

• [...]
• 38th reward: Wood Shipment
• 39th reward: Tome of Knowledge
• 40th reward: final reward cacheWvW rewards track
• [...]
• 38th reward: Wood Shipment
• 39th reward: Siege Blueprint Case
• 40th reward: final reward cacheI.e. the Tome of Knowledges in the PvP reward tracks have been replaced by the either Siege Blueprint Cases or Superior Siege Blueprint Cases in the WvW reward track.

However with Living World Season 4 - Epsiode 3, instead of replacing the 39th reward (Tome of Knowledge) in the WvW reward track, the 38th reward got replaced, hence Domain of Kourna Reward Track has the following pattern:

PvP rewards track (everything fine)

• [...]
• 38th reward: Wood Shipment
• 39th reward: Tome of Knowledge
• 40th reward: final reward cacheWvW rewards track (bugged)
• [...]
• 38th reward: Siege Blueprint Case Wrong reward!
• 39th reward: Tome of Knowledge Same reward as PvP... should be Siege Blueprint Case
• 40th reward: final reward cacheI.e. the Siege Blueprint Case replaced the wrong reward, hence the WvW reward track doesn't give the Wood Shipment as 38th reward (note that the Wood Shipment content is worth about 1 gold, Siege Blueprint Case at best 10 silver).

But this is not the end of the story... the wrong 38th WvW reward track (i.e. Siege Blueprint Case instead Wood Shipment) got copied to the following reward tracks:

0. LWS4 - Episode 4: Domain of Kourna Reward Track
1. LWS4 - Episode 4: Jahai Bluffs Reward Track
2. LWS4 - Episode 5: Thunderhead Peaks Reward Track
3. LWS4 - Episode 6: Dragonfall Reward Track
4. LWS5 - Prologue: Grothmar Valley Reward Track
5. LWS5 - Prologue: Icebrood Saga Reward Track

Since this copy paste mistake got carried over to the new Living World Seaon 5, I decided to post this bug again.

TLDR: LWS4 - Episode 4 WvW reward track introduced a wrong 38th rewards which got copied to next 5 LWS reward tracks.

Intended reduced Testimony of Heroics quantity in final reward cache?

Furthermore, not sure if this is intended or not, but starting with Living World Season 4 - Episode 5 the final reward rewards from the reward track gives only 1 Testimony of Heroics, see: Thunderhead Peaks Cache instead of 10 (as all others do, e.g. LWS4-1: Istan Cache). Additionally, these caches rewards 10 map currency, which neither of the previous LWS caches did.This was copied to the following final or major rewards:

1. LWS4 - Episode 6: Dragonfall Cache
2. LWS5 - Prologue: Grothmar Legionnaire Weapons Cache
