Rifle shots obstructed on flat ground since update

My Asura Holosmith that I only really use in wvw has found that rifle shots are getting obstructed on flat grounds at camps a lot lately, since the bound by blood update. Before that I never noticed an issue. Anyone else notice this? Any other Asura rifle users in particular notice this? I have to think that might be a factor.

This bug has literally been in the game for years. It was introduced with the tactivators (2015 was it?).

I don't feel like I noticed it before recently, just trying to shoot camp NPC's and obstructed everywhere

I don't use rifle, but have noticed this bug with other ranged attacks. It has been going on, as Dawdler says, for a much longer time than just recently. I rarely go to EBG, so I don't know about those camps, but it has happened to me in camps in the Alpine BL. I cannot recall seeing it in the Desert BL.
