The easiest engineer elite specialization is holosmith. Though by the time you reach level 80, you're going to be playing core engineer and not everyone is willing to take on the steep learning curve that is present with condition engineer, so here is a fairly easy to play core power engineer build that will get you to level 80.

If you already are level 80, then you've probably got holosmith fully unlocked from collecting HoT and PoF hero points and at that point you'll most likely be using full berserker gear with rifle, grenade kit, rifle turret, laser disk and prime light beam which is the most common power holosmith build in PvE.
