IHalloween event takes from 15 october to 5th november and here is my question,are all halloween related outfits put for sale on that time? I really want mad king outfit but i will be able to purchase him like in 1-2 november and I am not sure what sale method gw2 uses,is it like,rotation of items during the event or is it "stale" sale and offers wont change during the event?
