Cyprien.4208 Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 I dislike the idea of capes in video games because they just don't work unless they are built with a character in mind.I could see how it could work as a back piece item and sure it might even look slightly alright but the major problem unless they are made for the character in mind they will have a huge amount of clipping with the armor etc and sure while making a cape for a single person isn't so bad making one fit all diffrent races, size, armor etc can be and we already have enough clipping.You also have the problem of the capes looking like they are stiff as a board.
