I think making endure pain, defy pain and berserker stance prevent capture point contribution might be enough to diminish its role as a side point fighter relegating it to team fights as a boon blocker and stun locking enemy supports/nukers. As for scourge, i think it might require incremental pvp only nerfs until a balance is found. Maybe, aside from fixing the stackiny bug, they can reduce the torment on desert shroud from 2 to 1 per pulse in pvp.
