Using only skills that are already in game ( weapon or utility ), combine them to make something ridiculous.

I'll start for examples:

Mass Humility: Convert enemies in to Moas. 1,200 radius. Number of targets 10.Mass Invisibility + Signet Of Humility

Rapid Light Beam: Fire multiple light beams at your foe. 1,500 range. Unblockable. Launch 240.Rapid Fire + Prime Light Beam

Consume Yourselves: Draw conditions from allies to yourself, draw boons from enemies to yourself. Heal for more for every boon and condition drawn. Radius 600. Breaks stun. +700 heal per Boon and Condition.Consume Conditions + "Save Yourselves!"
