Yesterday I ran AB on three characters and did DS meta on my main. Just keep an eye on the LFG tool. There are still plenty of people runnin' HoT.

Ive noticed on EU that HoT maps are considerably more populated than PoF maps. If you arent seeing it, then you will see a return to norm as players return to rewarding, repeatsble content once the PoF map blitz is over.

I imagine should HoT become empty lng term, steps will be taken to scale things down

You may have to look for the right instance of HoT maps, but I don't have the impression they're anything close to empty. Which is hardly a surprise, given their comparably high replayability. PoF is pretty disappointing in that aspect.

Both Collections for Envoy aren't too impacted by the lack of population as it looks like the HoT map portions of the collection revolve around meta events. At the very least there is still 1-2 maps that fill up running the meta events so you can still hop in and get your collection items. I mean, not 100% of the player base bought the expansion so they're still going to HoT maps.

I agree with OP. I zoned into Auric Basin 5 minutes after Challenges and got punted into an overflow shard with a handful of other players. The meta failed because there just aren't enough players to field three meta maps. #DedGame

I've done the AB meta with 15ish people so it's entirely possible to do as you're given more than enough time to complete it.

For HoT meta events, you have to use the LFG. The megaserver splits players up in stupid ways forcing you to use it.

All areas of the game have replay-ability. Just because the expansion is still relatively new and people are flocking to it doesn't mean people won't go back to do previous events and content. I even have collections I'll have to go back to complete. As already suggested, either form a group or look for an existing LFG.

I have 2/6 of the fancier (more tickets involved) wvw legendary armors so far. I got chest and legs first. It doesn't look as good as the raid animation, but w/e. I like having up to 6 (2 armor, 2 weapons, back, accessory) items I can change the stats on.

Legendary armor was always a nightmare to get. Nothing has changed.
