Gorkus.7496 Posted March 20, 2019 Share Posted March 20, 2019 I have no problems getting shovels the 'old fashion' way.Step1 - Join an lfg RIBA group - there is almost always one or more - though there are down periods during the day depending on your longitude.Step2 - Just kill a few enemies at each fort before moving to the next fort. You don't need a gold medal in the event, a bronze will get you a shovel.Step3 - Keep rotating from R to I to B to A and by the time the breach happens you should have 12 shovels.Step4 - If you do some of the other 'boss' events that pop up, you'll get even more shovels. I don't think the escort event reward with a shovel. If they do, they're rare.I probably average a good 20 per run.
