[Icebrood Saga: Ep 2] Chasing Ghosts Stalled

I started Chasing Ghosts, went to Bjora Marches, talked to the first vision but ran away to do an event before it finished. When I came back, the vision was gone and no further green markers popped up. I followed the path I took with my other characters to where the next spot would be, but nothing would activate. I've tried deactivating the story, reactivating it, changing story, and all sorts of things. Nothing would address this issue and there's no way to progress, making this a completely blocking bug.

If any dev has questions or would like more info on my account, please let me know and we can chat! I'd very much like to do the story on this character!

I know this is super late, but for anyone else who may come across this page, here is the solution:

 

Open your story journal, and quit Episode 2: Shadow in the Ice. Then start Episode 1: Whisper in the Dark again. Quit that one, then start Episode 2 again, and you should get your markers back.
