The new low level "tutorial" achievements

Do I have to make a brand new character to complete all of them, or can I do it on a lvl 80 that needs map completion in the low level areas? What else is needed? Cooking skill to what level?

For some reason, I got it by doing random events iirc: some in dry top and some in wvw. I used my old char that I made a year ago. Idk how many of 'em, so I am hoping it answered even just a part of the question.

Some of the achievements require access to a character who has not completed specific beginner map things like:

• points of interest
• heart quests
• vistas

The achievement for hitting level 10 can currently only be done with a character below level 10 which turns level 10.

All the remaining achievements can be completed on a down scaled character.

Thanks. This is what I had discovered after testing myself. I am not yet certain how to do the cooking achievements, but it can't be very difficult.

EDIT: Loaf of Bread is the thing to craft.

Cup of potato fries works too. One potato + 1 packet of salt (discovery recipe). Easy peasy.
