WvW-Warclaw Levels

We know ,that the levels we put in the warclaw in wvw doesnt count for pvp (like finishing etc).So we now have 2 bars of stamina in WvW&PvE warclaws, which means the Skilled "Adds 1 bar of stamina" is just air, or the warclaw has too much stamina in pve (poor warclaw)

The warclaw's base endurance has been reduced from 100 to 50 in WvW only.

so we have to skill it to get what we have in pve? sounds odd
