Demote - Shard of Crystallized Mists [Answered]

Hey AllSuper quick question how do I demote Shard of Crystallized Mists -> Glob of Coagulated Mists Essence? I have attempted to use the recipe found on the wiki, however, it seems incorrect. Any help is greatly appreciated.Cheers

Are you sure you are using a salvage kit with all the charges? even if one is missing the recipe won't work.

Which toilet are you using? The one in Mistlock Sanctuary is notoriously bugged on some recipes. Did you try it at Lions Arch?
