Yeah it's still too strong and does too much damage.

They need to remove the damage tics all together because now revs are channeling impossible odds with it, bypassing anets damage nerf to all cc! I started reporting revs I saw channeling IO while in staff 5 because it's nothing short of an exploit.

Doom:Death Shroud 3 (Base necro) It's a Single Target 1200 range Fear for 2 seconds (was 1-1.5 Seconds dependent on range). 20 Sec CD (3/4 Sec Cast)

Overall a sort of meh change. Personally I would have kept it at base 1.5 for all ranges or give it a 3 target AoE around the hit target, but Anet does what Anet wants.

Staff 5 could become a 2 skill, windup would be the root cast if double taped would cast staff 5 imeditially but damage would be low, while on winding up would built for damage.

Still the root it’s still a serious issue, making toon move 60% slower and loosing speed boon would be a balanced improvement to the skill.

Add dodge to down state :) kek

But seriously staff 5 damage could come from how much time player is building, if one want it somewhat instant would loose a lot of damage.
