Is ele skill bugged?

In pvp whenever I use Glyph of Renewal. It seems to not actually trigger sometimes. I tried clicking on the person, not moving etc. but its like a 50-50 if it works or not?

the stun from dagger 5 is also with a weird delay between the animation and the stun, it's like 1.5 secs

Also, when you leave tornado, your dual skills and 3rd skill are flipped. Takes a second to reset. It's exploitable because you can actually use the 3rd skill really fast before the reset, but most of the time it's just plain annoying

Something is definitely up, running scepter causes you to self-interrupt quite often during casts, yet only affecting skills 1-3.

Vapor form won't trigger either if you wait too long...

nvm it works now, I think vapor form is because the 3 min counter. After 3 mins you can not res nor use vapor form/healign skills
