Alternating "For Great Justice" with the burst skills allows for 100% crit chance for 18 of the 25 second of FGJ cooldown with a 80% chance the remaining 7 seconds of the interval. Pairing with a class that procs fury for allies allows for a potential 100% crit chance 100% of the time. The daggers and healing signet allow for a steady passive heal, while the hammer offers cc. The boon strip applied to all cc effects from dispelling force and the boon strips on burst and meditations skills allows for a consistent healthy insight stack to boost damage. This build also stacks might for the party with a consistent might uptime for 25 stacks.

This is pretty much the exact build I run in bounties & Fractals. Only real difference is the gear, I have Assassins weapons and mostly Zerkers jewelry at about 69% crit chance without food & stones.

In solo open-world I run the Strength line over Tactics - taking Restorative Strength, Great Fortitude, and Might Makes Right. Also uses Imminent Threat over FGJ to kinda "force" a Full Counter. Never did run the Tactics line while solo, or the Defense line for that matter...may have to give that a try.

Common new build for Power PS Warrior w/ SB. Sadly condi > it for DPS. I hope when they buff power for Warrior this can easily take over. But it's still fun. Idk if the Arms Dual Wield is worth it overall but it sure makes d/d fun as heck. I'd take this for guild stuff but would prob never PUG with it. However, I love the possibilities if future balancing occurs. I likewise run assassains weapons/some armor (easy to get than new accessories for me). Solo likewise go Strength or Defense. I only stay Tactics if I know I'll be doing meta stuff open world like DS, some big bosses etc.

Oh god no, I'd rather have condi be the meta than have to use spellbreaker.I'd much rather they allow power PS to be good with berserker, core, and spellbreaker

Well, I personally hate Condi Warrior that is, BEING one; so to each their own, however I DO AGREE about the PS part; I'd be nice for it to be viable for any playstyle/elite. But that still is a non-SB issue, it's a warrior issue for power as a whole, so for SB to be a viable choice would also mean core and zerker would be one then too. But I don't see power getting changed for a while...
