Scourge Design Flaw

Resistance is the boon that is supposed to defend against conditions, yet you gave the strongest condition dealer the ability to rip and corrupt that boon?

Anyone else think this is a design flaw!? Where did all the Revenants go? It's like they were deleted from the game.

No, the whole design of Necro in PvP is to be an attrition class :^)

Go to PvP lobby on Necro, open up your build tab, go to "Standard Builds", then tell me what that says.

It's funny because it's true and so wrong at the same time.--> Game advertise Necromancer as the best to win wars of attrition; when in reality it's one of the worst. It's also funny because it's a fantastic case of how badly a design/balance team can fail.If there was Razzie awards for video games, their talent would get world recognition.

^ Exactly, what's the point in slotting Resistance, if the top condition dealer has several abilities that turn it into one of the worst conditions in the game. In that case, it does nothing, and is not worth slotting. Classes and builds that rely on resistance for condition mitigation are hosed.
