According to the skill tooltip, it was supposed to grant 2 might each second while you're over 100 heat. While out of combat, I entered forge and built up to over 100 heat but I wasn't getting the 2 might stacks at all. Sent in a bug report. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
